The Gar-Field High School Band Boosters is not a program or department of Prince William County Public Schools, but an independent organization which has obtained the approval of PWCS to support its schools, students, teams, programs, and extracurricular activities.
2026-2027 Marching Season
Band Camp dates are REQUIRED for all members of the GFHS Howling Red Wolves Marching Band
(all dates are also published on the Marching Band Calendar)
All Students are required to keep a water bottle with them during all rehearsals.
"CamelBak" or other types of "wearable" water containers are encouraged.
Full Band Camp

August 3 - August 7: All Members: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Wear athletic shoes; comfortable clothes; sunscreen and hats
bring a snack, lunch and water bottle(s) *
August 10 - August 14: All Members: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

Cookout Following Performance
All Parents Invited
Immediately following the performance will be a cook out to celebrate the end of band camp.
We will begin regular after-school rehearsals the first week of school.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 2:15-4:30pm.
